Although this is very lame pro-Russian trolling, it is so inept that one is forced to wonder if (i) the author is actually a low-quality GPT bot, or (ii) if the author is genuinely an idiot. Either way, the "facts" are hilariously wrong, the slant is so silly that even an infant would be embarrassed to have penned the piece, and it fails to achieve any objective relative to influencing public perception. It's nice of Medium to let such pieces be published so we can all laugh at how truly pathetic they are.
