An excellent article. Although outside the scope of your article here, it's worth noting that multiple independent studies have shown that diet plays a significant role in how we feel. Fatty salty sugary foods tend to lead to mood swings. Conversely, diets rich in omega-3 fatty acids have been shown to have a positive influence on mood and on the ability to focus. Moreover, regular strenuous exercise has also been shown to have a positive influence on mood and behavior. By combining multiple different elements into our lives (cognitive, dietary, physiological), we can induce positive outcomes.
