And yet, despite endless accounts of Russian military inadequacy, our Western "leaders" remain utterly terrified of Putin's rambling nuclear bluster and so NATO continues to sit on its hands and do nothing except send a few old weapons systems and some old artillery rounds in wholly inadequate amounts.
