As a person who's low in body fat, you'll be unlikely to suffer the many and various ailments associated with excess weight. As most people are fat these days, and a shocking proportion are obese, we are consequently seeing huge increases in cardiovascular disease, emphysema, various cancers, type II diabetes, neurodegenerative diseases, bone fractures and other skeleto-muscular problems, not to mention the daily aches and pains, lethargy and constipation, that are the results of being overweight. No amount of trendy but terribly stupid pretending that weight is merely a fashion choice can get rid of the harsh reality, which is simply that it's better to have appropriate levels of body fat than to waddle around swathed in excess lipid because of extremely inadequate lifestyle choices.
