Biden’s Wasted Presidency

Why wanting to be President is nowhere near enough

When Biden narrowly eked out a victory over Donald Trump in the 2020 election (by a mere 23,000 votes despite garnering seven million more votes than Trump overall, thanks to the utter inanity of the USA’s electoral college system) the world breathed a sigh of relief. Thank goodness the mindless orange vermin would soon be gone and a normal human being installed in the Oval Office.

That sigh of relief was very premature.

Poor old Biden no doubt meant well. The problem, however, was that like nearly every professional politician he was “a bear of little brain” and his advisors were hopelessly inept and misinformed. Whereas Reagan literally slept through his second term (just as well, given that by then he had advanced Alzheimer’s Disease), Biden metaphorically slumbered though his single pointless term. When he did stir from his near-brain-death state it was only to look at opinion polls and seek the easiest least-effort “solution” that he hoped would boost his ratings. The impact of his dithering and inane “solutions” was never considered.

Biden always wanted to be President, but sadly he had precisely no idea what to do when he finally got there.
