Bitcoin is freedom: to consume the entire energy outpuit of the planet in order to perform proof of work. Bitcoin is freedom: to see fluctuations in valuation from day to day that are so extreme they proclude the use of the currency for anything other than speculation. Bitcoin is freedom: from any form of cognitive activity other than chanting mindless pro-Bitcoin slogans.
