By definition, anything in the Daily Mail is aimed at people whose IQ is so low they can barely restrain themselves from eating their Velcro shoelaces. Consequently it really doesn't matter what appears in its pages.
Now, moving away from the low-IQ set, we can note that obesity is clearly a very poor outcome and the lefty-trendy pretense that it's merely "a valid body option" is deeply harmful. If clothing can in some tiny way persuade even a small percentage of people to pay slightly more attention to their physiological state, this may be a good thing. But I wouldn't bet on any such outcome.
