Even after having lived for 27 years in the USA I continued to be astonished at the typical US diet. While I appreciate that for large food corporations, US citizens are nothing more than flesh bags into which they pour their toxic junk in order to maximize profits, I can't understand why anyone would willingly purchase and consume such slop. It's great that you were able to achieve health benefits by adopting a better diet but it's an enormous indictment of modern culture that you only thought to do this because of your high blood pressure.
