First of all, Tesla isn't about saving the Earth - a risible notion for transportation that is actually more polluting than conventional vehicles unless all the charge is provided by renewables - not the case today. Secondly, sounds like your father was the horse in Animal Farm: he worked himself to death in order that Elon could become even more rich. Not sure that's really a great strategy. It will be interesting to see if Tesla can survive once it can no longer eke out a tiny profit from selling carbon offset credits.
