Funny clickbait article. In reality, Russia can mass-manufacture low-tech items like artillery shells, but its record on more sophisticated weapons is at best patchy. We've seen S400 GBADs fail to detect, never mind intercept, targets on multiple occasions. The Su-57 is notable for being (i) available in only tiny numbers, and (ii) totally absent from the battlespace. The T-14 Armata broke down even in Moscow and for that reason has never made an appearance on the battlefield. The T-90 is just a T-72 with updates. Russia does have SRBMs and cruise missiles, but nowadays, who doesn't? Sure, the US DoD is horrifically inept and blunders regularly, wasting tens of billions of taxpayer dollars. But advanced R&D is always going to have more failures than successes - that's the result of being on the bleeding edge. The USA has the B-2 and the F-22 and the F-35. Russia has... barely 4th gen fighters and 1960s bombers. The USA has advanced carrier groups, Russia had... the Kunetzov. Clearly the writer of this extremely silly article has never bothered to actually look at what Russia produces and how brilliantly it (doesn't) work.
