Germany is politically incapable of re-arming to any meaningful degree. Scholtz's famous 100 billion Euro fund remains 95% unspent even after nearly two years. No one inside NATO gives Germany a second thought. As for Putin, of course he lies constantly. His dictatorship is built on a toxic mix of delusion, lies, and kleptomania. Russia is weak; the sad thing is, we in the West are even weaker thanks to our stupidity and complacency.
