Given the US penchant for storing useless junk for years in expensive storage units, why not simply buy a second fridge so the first one can be filled entirely with Tupperwared leftover meals? And once the first fridge is full to bursting, the second fridge can begin its transition from repository of food-to-be-eaten to repository of food-in-Tupperware-never-to-be-eaten-but-also-never-to-be-thrown-out. Because at this point, all you need to do is buy a third fridge...
