Harris wouldn't be any better than Biden, but given the inane Electoral College distortions of the popular vote the probability is that she won't even get a chance to screw things up further. Sad to say, Trump is on his way back and that's basically game over for the USA. Shame no one listened to Plato's warning about democracy.
