I almost hate to repeat myself, but sanctions clearly have zero impact on a belligerent's capacity to continue to wage war. A few broken-down trains does nothing whatsoever to help Ukraine in any meaningful way when NK is sending shells, ballistic missiles, and who knows what else. Meanwhile, as always, the West is focused on pointless internal politicking and has zero capacity to resist Russian aggression. NATO is a hollow joke, Western "leaders" are basically spineless morons, and the end-game is already all too clear.
