I can't tell if this is satire or serious. It contains so many errors of fact and so many errors of reason one must assume the former, but unfortunately it's possible the author intended it to be taken seriously. If so, the author needs to retreat from polemic long enough to perform much more adequate research, think carefully about why pre-agrarian societies were unable to create much wealth in the first place and therefore didn't need to worry about inequality because everyone was struggling to subsist in the same way, and then pause to consider that the means always dictate the ends. Billionaires can afford private armies, so poor Andrew would - in his fantasy world, at least - more likely be the shot than the shooter.
