Musk is, in fact, an outstanding case study in how easy it is for even an infantile halfwit to gull millions of ordinary people and a whole lot of foolish investors simultaneously. Trump, of course, is the other case study in the powers of infantile halfwittery, though his ability to dupe VCs and other naive investors out of billions is non-existent.
