I find it risible that the giant Internet companies are using bus transportation to…. get people to come into the office. If there’s one thing the Internet is good for, it’s enabling people to work at home. When people work at home they are more productive and they don’t need to commute. Which reduces congestion, cuts CO² emissions, and makes everyone less stressed and tired. So instead of focusing on reorganizing an anachronistic approach to work (County bus & train transportation) why not legislate to encourage work-from-home? Or would that require more brainpower than exists at Google and Apple and Facebook et al?
