I hardly think it's a good idea to base one's notions on the ramblings of Hegel, who was a very inferior philosopher and someone whose grasp of basic economics was not even rudimentary. Markets do not inevitably create poor people; indeed, history has conclusively shown that markets are the best mechanism for reducing poverty. The problem lies with corrupt and incompetent governments, but that's a problem few like to admit.
