I suspect the problem with the question is that it’s insufficiently precise and also that it’s easy for a man to answer in the affirmative. For example, the man may believe that all he needs to do is push his erect penis into the woman’s vagina and hey presto! So we have the problem of imprecision plus the problem of reporting bias. You may want to make your requirements more clearly understood, if you want the filter to work more reliably.
