I suspect we'd end up with significant deficiency diseases, as we've evolved as obligate omnivores reliant on a wide range of micro-nutrients we no longer synthesize for ourselves. But as nearly all the foods consumed by our ancestors over the last 400,000 years won't exist 150 million years ago, it will be rather challenging for us to find adequate sources of essential micro-nutrients. On the bright side, most people's diets are already lacking in most or all of these key intakes, so perhaps most people simply wouldn't notice any difference at all. But those would likely be the same folk wondering why they can't get their pizza delivery app to work and who will focus entirely on stroking & pressing cute little icons on their smartphone while an allosaur rushes toward them, jaws open...
