Ian, this series of articles you’re writing are really helpful for a non-specialist like me. If you ever want to demonstrate the precise opposite of good design, take a look at a VW/Audi navigation system…. It’s so awful, so difficult to use, and so obscure that it’s the perfect anti-design item.
