Identifying a certain demographic as being intellectually sub-par is not racist. Racism is a bias against a demographic based upon ethnicity, such as for example ignorant low-IQ Caucasians being biased against those with darker skins, e.g. African-Americans and Hispanics. A Caucasian person (myself) observing that certain other Caucasians (Trump supporters) are stupid by definition cannot be racism. You may wish to consult a dictionary prior to utilizing words you seem not to understand. Dictionaries will provide a more formal and complete definition, which is here adscititious.
