I'm not sure I'd rely on Milley for anything, much less an accurate assessment of battle casualties. From his shameful in-uniform support of Trump's grandstanding to his appeasement-oriented statements about why Ukraine should "negotiate" with Putin, Milley has proven himself unfit to wear his uniform. It's astonishing Biden hasn't fired him already.
