I'm struck by the fact that this article, because it's written by a woman, will generally be perceived positively in a "girl-power" way. Conversely, had a similar article been penned by a male author it doubtless would have received endless criticism for being sexist, predatory, etc. Our wonderful world of wokist PC posturing has led us into believing that gender is what matters, not moral and intellectual consistency. In other words, we're in reverse-Victorian land. And as the original was not very helpful it's difficult to believe the converse can be any better. Perhaps if we stopped posturing and simply considered fundamentals we'd all be better off. There is no reason why two consenting adults of any age (and of any age disparity) should not enjoy each other regardless of who is older than whom, just as there's no reason why two consenting adults of different skin coloration should not enjoy each other regardless of who has the darker coloration. And so on, and so forth. That's equality. Not the funhouse mirror distortions of today. I laud the author for this very reasonable article; I lament that we live in a PC world in which no man could write the equivalent without being pilloried.
