In the USA all manufactured foods are essentially unfit for human consumption. If we cut out the endless screentime people waste their lives on, this frees up plenty of hours in which to prepare meals from real ingredients (vegetables, rice, protein, herbs, spices, etc.) which contain none of the crap the food companies cram into their offerings. Moreover, by cutting back on screentime we not only provide better nutrition for our bodies but stop pouring the mental equivalent of McSlop into our brains, which is just as important. Pretty much everything marketed to ordinary people is sure to harm them, because the food & media companies know ordinary people are suckers for toxic junk.
