It is interesting to see how well crude Russian propaganda works - the author clearly fails to grasp the obvious fact that most of the "information" he cites is just Kremlin-manufactured talking-points designed to sway ordinary ignorant gullible people who lack the intellect and context necessary to see they are being duped.
Russia supplied far more weapons to Pakistan than Ukraine ever did, but this obvious fact is not obvious to the author because it is (for obvious reasons) not included in Kremlin propaganda. The tiresome nonsense about "colonial" Europe is likewise straight out of the FSB's book on undermining NATO.
All in all, it's clear that even very crude and clumsy Russian propaganda is having a very good run in countries where (i) the government is highly supportive of other populist rabble-rousing governments, and (ii) most people are utterly ignorant of real-world facts. India is evidently a very fertile field in which Russia can sow its seeds of lies and watch them bloom in the minds of ordinary foolish ignorant people.
