It’s a testimony to the new breed of VCs that none ever bother to go through the recruiting process anonymously for any of the companies they’re thinking of funding. Personally I’ve found “tales of recruiting” to be a key indicator of potential success (or otherwise….). Children of any age rarely make good decisions.
