It's always dangerous to generalize, especially when it comes to sexuality. As an "older man" of 56 (a few years back) I was perfectly capable of having sexual intercourse six or seven times per day, with an average duration of 45 minutes per session. Everyone is different, and so we should consider the individual, not merely a number based on a date of birth.
