Putin cares nothing about destroying Russia's formerly lucrative arms export trade. Putin cares about one thing only: himself and his dreams of "glory." To that end, every aspect of Russian existence will be sacrificed. The pathetic stupid little ex-KGB colonel is waiting for Western support of Ukraine - always too little, always far too late - to expire in 2025. All he needs to do is hold on and maintain pressure until the bloated vermin Trump waddles back into the White House in January 2025, after which it's Game Over not merely for Ukraine but for all of Europe, though Russian will invade only the Baltic nations as Germany will pay reparations with merely the vaguest threat of force being necessary to convince the nation to hand over hundreds of billions of Euros. France will return to "fortress France" and the rest of Europe will collapse into mindless populism, aided by endless Russian subversion, propaganda, and financial support for every verminous populist the continent can spew up.
