It's easy to joke about Russian incompetence, whether it's FSB or the thugs in army battledress, but the harsh fact is that incompetence is no indicator of imminent collapse. Putin's regime will kill a great many more people, both Russians and others, before the pathetic little dictator ceases to control all the levers of power.
