It's no good attempting to grapple with serious issues by using empty phrases like "ageism." Let's disentangle some of the points made in the article to see why a more intelligent analysis should be conducted. First of all, of course the media is useless when it comes to providing meaningful information. The media's job is to appeal to its target audiences by means of mindless babble that ordinary people can grasp without having to make any cognitive effort. So of course Faux News will say whatever they can to criticize Biden while worshipping their infantile halfwit orange god.

Secondly, age is a significant factor in cognitive function regardless of how well (or poorly) one self-administrates. It is a very peculiar situation in which a nation having an average age of 38 has gerontocrats as the primary candidates for the Presidency. It reveals a greatly distorted system that privileges a tiny minority that demonstrably lacks the characteristics necessary to govern adequately.
