It's unclear if the author is intentionally trolling for the Kremlin, or if the author is a moron. Given the lack of knowldge, intellect, and even basic reasoning capability of most people I suspect the latter. Obviously the West has completely lost and Russia has won 90% of what Putin set out to gain. From here on in, it's the Age of Tyrants. People like the author are partially responsible for this victory thanks to their ignorance, stupidity, and endless complacency.
