No, Russia didn't "reclaim" Crimea. Russia invaded Crimea in 2014, pretending that "really" it was "volunteers" doing the fighting but later Putin boasted of the fact it was Russian military forces. Since the invasion, Russia has performed ethnic cleansing in Crimea, deporting thousands of Crimean Tartars, in addition to commiting various standard-for-Russia war crimes and atrocities. It's a pathetic thing to be a shill for a totalitarian regime, but seemingly a lot of weak-minded people just can't resist the calling.
