Not sure what drugs the author is on, but clearly they are having an effect. The author seems to have misconstrued what mathematics is - a tool for empirical examination - and has become obsessed with an irrelevant supposed paradox. The answer is either to stop taking his drugs of preference, or to take a great deal more. Either way, the rest of us need to be spared from his mental effusions.
