One has to admit that it’s rather amusing to watch US judges playing with words instead of simply saying, “Look, we’re a dictatorship now, just get used to it.” Perhaps the word games are a way of enabling them to avoid having to admit to themselves that they are conspiring in tyranny against the people; no doubt judges in Hitler’s Germany and Stalin’s Russia played the same games.

On the bright side, the inevitable civil war many years from now will be very entertaining as it will occur in a nation of 330 million people with 400+ million small arms. No doubt it will deliver excellent media viewing figures.
