Here are some statistics:

The average US male aged fifty consumes seventeen different prescription medications per year, plus significant quantities of over-the-counter medications as well.

The average US male is either very fat, obese, morbidly obese, or hyper-obese.

The average US male is either pre-diabetic or has already developed Type II diabetes.

The average US male suffers from a wide variety of chronic ailments associated with hypertension, inflammation, and constipation.

The average US male consumes more than 100kg (220 pounds) of sugar per year.

The average US male spends more than five leisure hours per day staring at a shiny flickering screen (this does not include time spent staring at screens at work).

The average US males walks less than 5km (3 miles) per week — a figure that includes going to & from the bathroom, any vague perambulations at work, walking to & from the car, etc.

The average US male never gets anywhere close to their necessary intake of fruits and vegetables, to the point where it’s not uncommon for an adult male in the USA to consume less than 3…
