Putin's disinformation campaigns are now so threadbare as to be embarrassing. Clearly Russia will be the nation to use a dirty bomb so as to pretend that this "forces" them to use battlefield nuclear weapons. Meanwhile, silly people in the West seem content to sacrifice Ukraine so as to avoid having to face up to reality. Worse yet, the US Republican Party is now on record as intending to support Putin explicitly, by blocking all further aid to Ukraine. So even though Russia's performance in all areas of the battlespace are frankly pathetic, Putin may still ultimately succeed in installing a puppet regime in Kyiv because here in the West we are persistently useless and cowardly.
