Asian nations like Japan and South Korea are considering how best to boost their capabilities for self-defense; the Baltic nations are training their citizens in post-invasion guerilla tactics and Poland is arming as quickly as it can. These actions are because no one believes the creature Trump has any capacity for mental activity beyond the mindless babbling that wins him the votes of tens of millions of simple-minded dupes. Thus no one believes anything said in the waning hours of the Biden administration any more.
