Thanks Eric for a sensible article about AI amid all the mindless hype and ill-conceived fear. I would like to point out, however, that Elon Musk will soon (a) raise a thousand trillion dollars from naive child VCs to start a teleportation company, and then (b) start tweeting about how teleportation will mean the end of the human race (so, naturally, we all have to go to Mars - at least those of us who can afford the tickets). Worrying about AI is so last Tuesday afternoon at 14.37.

And hey, what about those genetically modified dinosaurs? There's the REAL problem!
