Thanks Robert for an interesting article. I suspect there are many lessons you’ve learned over the last 18 months that a mixture of diplomacy and competitive secrets precludes you from divulging, particularly around people, management styles, and legacy operating structures. Did you find it essential to get senior management on board with a couple of carefully chosen “quick wins” in order to build confidence in order to proceed to more complex and less tractable challenges?
