Thanks Sean for a useful article. I've found that those who realize exercise is a gift they can give to themselves every day tend to thrive, while those who see exercise as a chore tend to avoid it as much as possible. The fact is, we evolved to do a certain amount of daily activity and our modern sedentary lives, coupled to the over-abundance of junk food, means most people are chronically unhealthy. Giving yourself the gift of daily exercise is a great way to be kind to yourself and thrive.
