Thanks Zita for an illustrative article. It may be worth noting that while we’re curious, we’re only curious about things that don’t require thinking. We reliably click on the simplistic and easy; we rarely click on the complex and difficult. That’s why there are hundreds of thousands (or millions) of followers of transient pop celebrities and their empty lives but only a few thousand followers of cosmologists and physicists — unless they too simplify for the sake of attracting a mass audience.
