The British had the chance to get rid of Boris and his equally clownish co-conspirators, but they chose to vote for the clown because he was amusing. Let's hope the Brits can laugh their way through billions of pounds spent on IT systems that don't work (a very British speciality, by the way) and government services that don't work either. Because British people voted overwhelmingly for incompetence, lies, bluster, and abject ineptitude. So that's what they'll get for at least the next 5 years. But as the economy crashes and millions lose their jobs, who's going to have the time to play with computer systems anyway? They don't run on turnips, you know.
