The Coating Fat diet is based not on whimsical fads such as the so-called Paleo diet or the nutrient-deficient Atkins Diet, nor on harmful short-term “hacks” such as the metabolically disastrous Keto Diet.

Instead, the Coating Fat diet is based on solid empirical science.

Everyone knows fat is the body’s way of storing energy for potential lean times ahead. Unfortunately, in our modern world with abundant calories everywhere we look, there are no lean times. In consequence, nearly everyone is carrying significant excess weight and in the USA a terrifying 42% of people are obese. Elsewhere the picture is nearly as grim. Not surprisingly, desperate people turn to all manner of silly fad diets in the hope of losing some of their excess weight, but in practice all diets simply induce greater weight gains over the longer term.

Not so with the Coating Fat Diet.

The Coating Fat Diet was developed thanks to the insight that there are in fact two types of fat. No, not those confusing-sounding Low-Density Lipoprotein and High-Density Lipoprotein, because they are a modified form of fat known as cholesterol and no one can really remember the difference between the two except one is bad and the other is good.
