The glory of representative democracy is that it enables spineless retards like Trump to reach the pinnacle of power. In no other system except hereditary monarchy would such an outcome be possible. Moreover, Trump is merely one example of how great representative democracy truly is. Brexit, Bolsonaro, Modi, Orban, Erdogan, PiS, Duterte, et al have all been made possible by the same system.

Only with representative democracy can know-nothing halfwits vote for an infantile moron who is so catastrophically stupid that he actually believes he's clever.
