The premise of this article is as true as saying that Jews should shoulder some of the blame for the Holocaust, than Ukrainians should shoulder some of the blame for the Holomodor, that women should shoulder some of the blame for being raped, and victims should share some of the blame for being mugged. In other words, it's a deeply mistaken argument based - as is too often the case - on simple-mindedness and pure ignorance.
