The USA is finished, not merely as a world power, but as a society. There are simply too many things wrong, and those things are all so inter-connected, that there's no chance of the USA pulling out of its tailspin into the ground. Trump is too old and far too mindless to be Dictator For Life, but he's shown how easy it will be. Whichever Republican follows him into the White House will likely be the USA's last President. All the required preliminaries are there: a complete disregard for legality, a rubber-stamp Supreme Court, and at least 74 million US citizens so totally clueless that they gladly vote for cynical lies and infantile babble guaranteed to destroy what's left of the nation. Hitler would have dreamed of having such advantages.
