There's precisely no scientific evidence for the trendy proposition that drinking X amount of water per day is magically "good for you." It's depressing to see such urban myths being repeated endlessly. Conversely, the list fails to include companionship - one of the statistically most significant factors in human longevity. It would be lovely if people bothered to do a bit of a literature search before penning such articles....
