This is a bizarre theocratic-nationalistic rant and it seems to be part of generic Russian social media propaganda; however it is so badly written and so incoherent that it fails in every possible way. Perhaps the eight-year-old who wrote it will do better when he or she has finished their General Education a few years from now.
