The idea that it could be possible to capture methane emitted (in relatively tiny amounts per cubic meter of ground) over hundreds of thousands of square kilometers is hilariously stupid and genuinely amusing. What would be the technology? Enormous plastic bags? How does Biden control "the largest oil company in Ukraine?" What is this mythical company? But the best babble of all is the stale old Kremlin talking-point of Russia being "forced" into war by perfidious NATO. Only a small child who's been lobotomized would possibly consider this inane piece of mindless propaganda for more than zero milliseconds. Anyone with an IQ larger than their hat size simply regards this sort of claim as tedious, boring, and ineffectual.
